The 5th edition of Anuga Select Brazil, held from April 9th to 11th, 2024 in the Anhembi District, in São Paulo, exceeded all expectations and further consolidated itself as the largest Food and Beverage fair in the Americas.
The event, which had a strategic partnership with Expo Supermercados, brought together more than 15 thousand professionals from the sector, 500 exhibitors from 23 countries and generated R$ 62 million in business.
A stage for diversity and innovation
Anuga Select Brazil 2024 offered visitors a unique experience, with a wide variety of products and services from around the world. The 16 national and international pavilions housed companies from different segments, from large market players to innovative startups. Among the countries present, the United States, Argentina, Peru, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Thailand, China, India, Korea, Iran, Malaysia, Poland, Egypt and Lebanon stood out.
Business on the rise
One of the main objectives of Anuga Select Brazil is to boost business generation between exhibitors and buyers. And this year's edition was a real success in this regard. The Mega Business Round closed the fair with 2,346 meetings between 52 national and international buyers, resulting in R$62 million in completed business.

In addition to the exhibition area, Anuga Select Brazil 2024 also offered visitors a high-level content program. More than 145 hours of lectures, workshops and culinary demonstrations were held in the fair's six auditoriums, with the participation of renowned industry experts.
Expo Supermercados: successful partner
Expo Supermercados, a strategic partner of Anuga Select Brazil, played a fundamental role in the success of this year's edition. The company held the 3rd National Congress for Neighborhood Supermarkets and the 2nd Açadogue de Primeira Workshop, events that brought together hundreds of professionals from the retail sector.
